Museum Displays

Last Sunday we visited the Science Museum for the first time in years - we loved it probably more than the kids though the kids loved all the hands on mulit-media.

Beer Beer Glorious Beer

A real ale lovers paradise - Southwick Brewhouse.

Can I take some photos of your beer bottles? I asked. Of course you can he replied but don't you think that's a bit of an odd thing to do? Yes but I like bottles of beer. I still think you are weird for wanting to take photos...
He'd only known me a few minutes but I guess he is right - I am weird to want to take photos of beer bottles!

Alone in the Countryside

I love countryside settings that remind me of glimpses from a  Famous Five book.

Pylons

I love the shapes in pylons and as a child used to imagine that at night they got up and walked about.

And here they are again.

Love this one!

Luckily there wasn't any water in it!

My Favourite Photos I've Taken

There are some photos that you just love and looking at them brings back memories of great times with great people.

This is my son climbing one of the amazing trees at Mottisfont. The kids loved the grounds and the house - it has such a colourful history too!

This one of at the ruins of Netley Abbey is one of my favourites too.

This one is lovely my youngest daughter in the middle and my other daughter and her friend either side with the boys running around below the girls.

Ruins are gorgeous to take photographs of and I love the ruins of Netley Abbey as it is a short walk along Weston Shore so we go there quite often.

Some more pictures of the ruins.
